Eligible Refunds & Replacements
We will issue a full refund or replacement if: (a) your order arrives damaged or compromised due to a shipping or packaging failure on our end; (b) you received the wrong product; or (c) a verified quality issue is identified with the compound (supported by our CoA).
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@ultrapeptides.net within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will review your request within 2 business days.
Non-Eligible Situations
We cannot issue refunds for: change of mind after purchase; improper storage or handling after delivery; or orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
Shipping Costs
